The character is 15,000 tris with 3x2048 textures. All the low polygons were made in Maya, the high-res model and normal map were made in ZBrush, and I finished the texturing in Photoshop.
I used 3DEngine for the realtime rendering and the scene was rendered in Maya. I composed the picture with After Effects and Photoshop.
