This is a personal project based on the concept of Tianhua Xu. My main goal with this project was to achieve a realistic representation of the character, something to be used in a cinematic trailer of a game or film. The Garuda is a legendary bird creature found in Hindu, Buddhist and Jain mythology, is described as the king of birds.
