This is a 3D hand painted bust of a Demon Hunter after a concept art from Tyson Murphy. Over a year ago, I sculpted this bust in order to exercise myself to match the Warcraft style. With the release of WoW: Legion, I wanted to get back to it and texture it with the old school hand painted diffuse only way. This was a really challenging project since it was my first time tackling a character in this technique. I learned a lot thanks to Dusty Nolting who mentored me during the texturing part of this project. His feedback definitely helped me cut corners in the learning process !
