The sentient beings throughout the universe came together as one great civilization. The realization of universal knowledge, peace and harmony have never came close to being this true. One great civilization where every being speaks the language of the Cosmos, Including humans. Needless to say that there exist no order without chaos, and hence war crimes and mutiny pop up time to time just with one motive in the mind of the terrorists- to separate their own kind from others. And to fight this there exist a branch of special force within the council-The PRED CORP. Marduk is a member of the frontline force of PRED CORP helping to drive the goal of a Cosmic Civilization forward.
That's a small lore I thought of while making 2 characters for this lineup. and Marduk is the first one .
