This is an image created for the cover art of my thesis in Fine Arts Accademy. I was inspired by an engraving by Gustavo Dor? and by the Dante's death mask. Base mesh in XSI, unwrap in Modo, details in Zbrush, texture in Zbrush + Photoshop, postproductions in Photoshop.
