"What if birds were the dominant species?"
It's really an interesting topic. I only knew about the contest 2 days ago so literally I have a day to come up with something. I went with our countrie's national bird, the Philippine Eagle, as the base concept. Also included some hints of the Igorot Tribe patterns.
A little background, he is one of the three consultants in his region. They are also called the "Guiding Birds". They are in-charge of making the laws of regulation along side the chief counsel.
