For this one I've got the McShane head I did some time ago, and replaced the single UV map of the head with 4 UDIMs and also went up with the detail. I've decided to add some texturing xyz displacement to my hand sculpt detail and also did a bit of color painting in mari. The horns I sculpted in Zbrush and did some zbrush polypaint. There is a bit of break down at the end on how I've mixed the displacement for the face.
The clothes also have a few udims and they were sculped in Zbrush and textured in substance.
